We assist our Wireless customers with the attainment of Network Operation, Maintenance and technical support excellence. We define, analyze and assist with implementation processes, procedures and tools for the Operations and Maintenance of their internal network. We can assist with developing processes and procedures to notify and resolve network challenges. Technology Associates will manage routine maintenance repairs while providing Operations and Maintenance to our clients.
